Joe and Vinny Summa chose Belize as their vacation spot of choice as far back as

1988. The scuba diving, beach-side hang out spots, and laid-back local culture established Ambergris Caye as their location of choice, but even in an island paradise they couldn’t help but miss the taste of home. Now, Brooklyn Brothers Bagels is opening its doors to supply any and all wholesale locations on the island of Ambergris Caye, because the taste of Brooklyn bagels is too good to leave in the small borough of Brooklyn.
