Inspired by the spirit of traditional Garifuna Hudut, this dish draws from deep-rooted culinary heritage and reinterprets it through a refined, modern expression.

Nori-marbled Fish Fillet, gently cooked and layered with umami, resting in a silky Coconut Sere.
Paired with smooth Plantain Quenelles and finished with Coconut-infused Carrots for a touch of natural sweetness and balance. A light Herbal Oil is added to bring an aromatic finish .
