The suspense is over….
….and Micah Scislowicz is our winner! Congratulations, you've won the privilege of basking in the glory of your victory... and that's about it. On a more serious note, these steamed Bao buns are incredible. They're made with a soft, pillowy dough that's steamed to perfection. I finished them with a brush of toasted sesame oil for a beautiful scent. They’re filled with a savory sesame garlic flank and crunchy, tangy coleslaw. Thanks to everyone who joined in! 😘
