Hi, we are Sammi and Natalie from Atlanta, Georgia! We decided to rent a car in Belize City and drive to the country's capital of Belmopan. On the way into town, we saw several signs for "Everest Indian Food" and decided to give it a try. Of course we were skeptical about eating Indian food in Belize, but we absolutely fell in love with the little restaurant. Besides the fact that the food was beyond incredible and filling, it just kept coming. We experienced the best hospitality imaginable (this is coming from two flight attendants) and we wish we didn't have to leave Raj and his amazing dishes. Lastly, after we had eaten, Raj kept cooking more authentic Indian dishes for us to try and enjoy. We are so grateful to have had this wonderful experience on our last night in Belize and would definitely recommend Everest to anyone passing through Belmopan.
