Whether you are Vegan, vegetarian, meat lover or just an adventurous eater, the 501 hub is a foodie’s paradise. Taking inspiration from cultures around the world, and adding a Belizean twist using local ingredients, the menu options are very unique.
Owned by Lorena Zaldana and James Scott, The 501 hub is part of a 3 phase project to build the first hospitality school in Belize, it currently serves as a training center for Belizeans looking to start a career in tourism, using internationally accredited training programs from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute.
