Incredible pizza tonight - Home made dough. Mix of Parm, Mozzarella, Swiss and Cheddar, sweet Italian Sausage, mix of Cardoncelli and Porcini mushrooms in fresh garlic, cream cheese stuffed dates sliced, carmelized onions and topped with toasted Pinole nuts in sugar and cayenne. And a drizzle of Balsamic glaze. Oh la la. AMAZING!

Things accomplished today, toast spicy and sweet pecans, a beautiful gorgonzola, chutney cheese ball, and a cheese platter. Also Herbs d Provence fried mushrooms for a tart I am making tomorrow. Finishing touches then off to a friend's for appies and bevies. Oh also making Limoncello minus the sugar portion.

Unfortunately, after 20 years of offering a dozen for $10.00, the price of purchasing has gone up alot so, I will be offering them now for a dozen for $12.00.
