Amazon Village Jungle Lodge The Amazon Village is located 30km (18.75 miles) from Manaus, on the banks of Puraquequara Lake, upstream Puraquequara River. 45 rooms.

The Village consists of a central “open air” lodge surrounded by 20 bungalows, most of them with two separate rooms. The complex is divided into the following areas:
a) Reception and bar: With comfortable sofas and chairs, perfect for relaxing before and after excursions, or a chat with new friends accompanied by a local drink;
b) Recreation Area: Large terrace where you can sunbathe, read and re

lax with nature;
c) Restaurant: Great atmosphere for experimenting our delicious cuisine; typical rustic architecture;
d) Apartments: There are 45 apartments, all with mosquito screens, two single beds, private bathroom with shower and veranda with a hammock. The maximum capacity is of 90 guests in double rooms. No air conditioning in the apartments. It was founded in 1986 and receives nature lovers from the worldwide. The Amazon Village staff consists of bilingual jungle specialists, who guide the guests on the nature excursions.
