Today I celebrate one year at the renowned three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio, recently recognized as the Best Restaurant in the World by La Liste 2026.
I am deeply grateful to Maître Chocolatier Davide Comaschi for believing in my potential and opening doors that have transformed my journey.
Working in this laboratory of excellence, mastering high-level processes, and participating in projects that unite gastronomy, art, and luxury has broadened my vision of what dedication and passion can achieve.
Special thanks to my cioccolateria team for their constant inspiration, and to my manager Tommaso Grollero, whose leadership and generosity push me to grow every day.
My gratitude also goes to the Famiglia Cerea, whose vision and commitment make Da Vittorio a true symbol of culinary artistry worldwide.
