The property has a total of 4 individual apartments all of them fully furnished. 2 apartments on the first floor (80m² each) and 2 apartments on the ground floor (60m² each). The property has a laundry room, Wi-Fi internet, storage room for kitesurf equipment, outdoor showers, barbecue

grill and parking place. The water from the property is mineral water from a 50m deep dwell. The property is well ventilated and is surrounded by tropical gardens. Located in a quiet location just 100 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Kitesurf spot. It is surrounded by a couple of restaurants, bars, hotels and resorts with all the facilities, inclusive pools where you can spend the day. There are several services around such as kitesurfing lessons, buggy rental, horseback riding, fishing boat rental, bike and quad rental, wonderful sightseeing spots and transportation at the main street.
