First visit to Shinsaku's roasting joint in Osaka :). He used to be based in St Ali Melbourne. Unfortunately, didn't get to meet him that day, baristas were very friendly :). Had flatwhites with what I think is Jairo Arcilo's Strawberry Pink Bourbon ferment. Very pleasant strawberry milk. Reminds me of B&W roasters style of roasts. Delicious! Got a good view of the SanFran drum roaster too, beautiful 😍 coffee_osaka

Oh this is unexpected. A random Stumptown joint appears in Kyoto 😂. Kopped beans to take home... with my 25kg quota stil...

Continuing along the walk towards Karasuma Oike Station. We are .kyoto to visit Junichi Yamaguchi's setup after leaving Arabica Kyoto :). Very feels, and the coffee appears to be the same Arabica Kyoto blend? Loads of Honeydew melon milk 🍈🍈.

Not too far away, we find .coffeeroasters. Very cozy place with a Lucky 4kg gas roaster by the door, and a very interesting aroma and tasting table of all coffees. Incredible roasts. Don't think I've had coffee smelling (and tasting) this good in a cafe :)
