1. Lemon Garlic Crispy Mushroom 🍋🧄🍄
Lemon + garlic = da boom. Crispy mushrooms coated in zesty citrus and savoury garlic goodness. Crunchy, tangy, garlicky... basically everything you didn't know you were craving.

2. Delightful Tuna Pizza 🍕
We've recreated one of Brunei's favourite pizza flavours in a lacto-ovo vegetarian version. The real question is... can you tell the difference? 👀
Plot twist: there's no real tuna.

3. Finless O' Fish Burger 🍔🐟
"Wait... this isn't fish?"
Nope—it's meatless. Featuring a plant-based fish patty, homemade tartare sauce, and a fluffy brioche bun. They say there's plenty of fish in the sea... but at The Daun, we don't need one😎

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in Asian cuisine
• Passion for plant-based cooking (or open to learning!)
• Team player with good kitchen discipline
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment located in Kiulap

What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and cooking menu items with consistency
