am, why can’t we have a similar place for sandwiches too? We love our sandwiches and we believe Bruneians deserve a place that gives a lot of heart in creating and serving the best sandwiches around. For us, sandwiches are not a subitem in a long list of menu; it’s our core and our foundation. And we aspire to elevate sandwiches to gourmet standards with great flavor and variety. So what is Noice? Why Noice? Noice is about being more than nice. It’s more than Jake Peralta’s catchphrase. It’s about doing something beyond the usual boundaries and exceeding the limits of just doing it nice. What we do daily is always pushing the boundaries and limitations that we have and not content with just being okay but doing it the best we can. Behind the hype and the cool catchy name, the word “Noice” is close to our hearts. It is a homage to Noi, our lovely sister that passed away several years ago and left us missing her every day. With Noice, we remember her daily.
