There is a private dock which offers easy access to the water. We are directly on the bus route to Dockyard and Hamilton. My husband and I live about 5 minutes from the Rising Sun and so can easily come by if needed. We will also be available by phone and email to answer any questions or to offer any advice you might need. The area where we are located in Southampton is close to beaches, including the famous Horseshoe Bay, and several lovely restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. The Fairmont Southampton Hotel is also a short walk and has restaurants, a par 3 golf course, and a fabulous spa and gym. Access to The Rail Trail is right across the street and this is a great place to jog, run, or cycle, or just take a leisurely stroll, stretching for several miles east and west. We are located on the bus route which will take you to Dockyard or to Hamilton. There is also parking right across the street if you are renting a moped. We have a land line phone if you need to call a taxi service. If you are walkers, then the Rail Trail is also an option.
