Hey there!
We are getting a lot of inquires on orders, so let’s get some info out there!
If they were ordered last week, they are on the way but there were delays in getting them stateside as Bermuda has had some spikes in cases and restrictions on people moving about in the late evenings. Generally we get orders in and process them to get them into our system and work late each night to get those cakes packed and ready to go, so a slight slowdown for a day or two as we adjusted everything.
So they are out and on the way!
Anything ordered today will be processed and taken down to the DHL facility this afternoon, but orders after 5:00pm will be received by DHL on Monday when they open again. Due to everyone ordering things to be delivered, and the weather this time of year, there could be delays. Our automatic plugin for our shipping may say 1-3 days, but that’s in a normal, non pandemic, non holiday season, situation. We do not control those estimates, and at the time of order is when there should be a suggested delivery date.
Anything from today onward might not make it for Christmas Day, and we are working hard to get out the remaining orders to get there in time. This happens every year and we wanted to at least let you know that this year is no exception. We will continue to send the orders, and some might make it early! But that’s on DHL and the USPS working hard to safely get you those packages.
We are back to it, and hope you have a fantastic weekend!
