HEY Ya'll.
its been a while now and the 'views" keep happening. sooooo proud!
WE ARE RE-OPENING IN HAMILTON!!!!!!!
i have the best 100% Bermudian staff anyone could ask for, most you will know from other venues. they are the CREAM of the industry with attitudes to match! :)
In about two weeks we will have probably the best sandwich shop east of California! I'll post more about the new venture, menus, opening times, location etc shortly.
mouth watering for brisket, house made pastrami or corned beef (not to mention the biggest-baddest Ruben on the planet)? howbout REAL fish sandwiches and kabob or schwarma on house made breads? nothing but real hardwood coal as a heat source?

ITS ABOUT TIME!
We are going to be around for at least 6-8 months according to “the Law” so now its time to restock and restore! Thanks to everyone for being patient and letting things take their course.
I REALLY MISSED COOKING FOR YOU GUYS😬
So, we strat with no nitrate, no nitrite SMOKED beef jerky. Pork butts go in tonight and fresh beef brisket tomorrow (weather permitting).
Will judge the jerky when funished in6 hours!

morning Ya'll. it's been a while!
had a lot on my plate and now have restocked with pork and BEEF RIBS (ready for tonight). Burgers aplenty and as we get back in the saddle will increase stock overall.

HOURS CHANGE FOR THIS AND NEXT WEEK!
good day Ya'll.....
there will be some closing dates over the next week and a bit so i can take care of some personal things. no health issues just stuff i gotta do!
so;
open tonight, friday night, saturday night and all day sunday.
CLOSED NEXT WEEK but re-open on the 19th.
then we are back to normal schedule for the summer. lots of catering being booked so if you have confirmed dates for your summer parties let us know ASAP.
