🌿Some of life’s finest pleasures are beautifully simple.
The scent of roses on a warm morning. Coffee enjoyed beneath the open sky. A beautiful plate arriving from Chef Ivaylo’s kitchen. Children playing in the garden. A conversation that lasts a little longer than expected.
These are the moments we love at Bey House.
✨ And we think they are even better with fresh air.
That’s why you won’t find cigarette smoke anywhere at Bey House — not in our rooms, not in the restaurant, and not among the roses in our garden.
🌷Instead, we leave the aromas to nature and the kitchen: flowers in bloom, freshly brewed coffee, warm bread, herbs, and whatever Chef Ivaylo happens to be preparing that day. 🌹Prefer an electronic cigarette or v**e? These are welcome outdoors in our garden — we simply ask that they be enjoyed considerately around other guests.

Ароматът на рози в топла сутрин. Кафе под открито небе. Красиво ястие, току-що излязло от кухнята на шеф Ивайло. Деца, които играят в градината. Разговор, който продължава малко по-дълго от очакваното.
Това са моментите, които обичаме в Бей Хаус.
А според нас те са още по-приятни на чист въздух.
Затова в Бей Хаус няма да срещнете цигарен дим – нито в стаите ни, нито в ресторанта, нито сред розите в градината.
💐 Вместо това оставяме ароматите на природата и кухнята: разцъфнали цветя, прясно приготвено кафе, топъл хляб, свежи билки и онова, което шеф Ивайло е решил да приготви в този ден. 🌹

At Bey House a beautiful morning deserves more than an ordinary breakfast.

🍳 That is why our guests can choose their preferred breakfast online while booking their chamber, making the first delicious decision of their stay before they even arrive. And there is something especially indulgent about waking up knowing that breakfast, together with dinner, is already included in your room rate.
🥐 May be a Continental Breakfast - two croissants, prosciutto, cheese, tasty blueberry jam, quail egg, or a classic omelette - prepared with Bulgarian white cheese, kashkaval and butter, served with ripe tomatoes, fresh cucumber and a selection of garden greens?
🥞For a sweeter morning, there are crêpes with walnuts, seasonal fruit and organic honey from our own Bey House apiary in Arbanasi, as well as local Bulgarian yoghurt with fruit, oats, walnuts and our honey.
🇧🇬 And then there are the mekitsi. Few breakfasts evoke a Bulgarian childhood quite like warm, freshly prepared mekitsi. Soft, golden and wonderfully comforting, they are one of those simple traditions that instantly make a morning feel special.
For those who believe breakfast should be an occasion in itself, there is our Turkish Breakfast for Two. 🍴

✨Every August, Veliko Tarnovo transforms into one of Bulgaria’s largest open-air cultural stages during 48 Hours Varusha South . The historic streets, hidden courtyards, galleries, gardens, and public spaces of the city’s oldest neighborhood come alive with concerts, exhibitions, theatre, film screenings, workshops, architecture, and artistic performances.
 
 🎶 Created as a community initiative to revive the neighborhood through art and culture, 48 Hours Varusha South has become one of Bulgaria’s most inspiring cultural festivals.

This year marks Bey House Royal Hotel’s third consecutive participation in the festival. We are happy to celebrate another successful event, our beautiful evening variete “Between Shadows and Silk” with the glamorous shots from Ivana Margarita Ignatova.

🇧🇬 Всяка година през август Велико Търново се превръща в една от най-големите културни сцени на открито в България по време на фестивала „48 часа Варуша юг“. В продължение на 48 часа историческите улици, дворове, галерии, обществени пространства и скрити кътчета на Стария град оживяват с концерти, изложби, театрални спектакли, кино, архитектурни турове, работилници и артистични събития.

🎶 Създаден като общностна инициатива за съживяване на квартала чрез изкуство и култура, фестивалът „48 часа Варуша юг“ днес е сред най-вдъхновяващите културни събития в България.

Тази година Царски хотел Бей Хаус участва във фестивала за трета поредна година. Щастливи сме да Ви споделим блясъка на поредното ни успешно събитие - вариетето “Сред коприна и звезди” чрез снимките на Ivana Margarita Ignatova .
