🍾The Italian New Year’s Eve 🇮🇹

Cosa Fina is delighted to present our special proposal for New Year’s Eve. We’ve put great care and attention into selecting the dishes most suited for such an important occasion, creating a 9 course tasting menu inspired by Mediterranean flavours, with plenty of Calabria.🌶️

We’ll start with a small entrée to accompany your aperitif, followed by two appetizers, two first courses, one main course, and two desserts.
At midnight, as tradition dictates, we’ll celebrate with a prosecco toast and serve lentils and cotechino for everyone (if you still have a little room left!).
A reservation with deposit is required, and seating is limited.

We are therefore filled with great pride and satisfaction at the news that the first of the three “yes” votes has been given to the candidacy of Italian Cuisine as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

We firmly believe that our daily commitment — together with that of all authentic Italian restaurants around the world — has helped to strengthen this candidacy, celebrating every day the values of authenticity, tradition, and conviviality that make our cuisine truly unique.

Now, we eagerly await the final decision, expected in early December.
