A New Chapter 🧡
Almost four years ago, I took a leap of faith and embarked on the adventure of opening my own business. What began as a dream quickly grew into something beyond my imagination. Mimi became more than just a coffee bar—it became my second home, a community, and a place filled with warmth, connection, and countless precious memories.
After much reflection and many heartfelt conversations, I’ve decided it’s time for a new chapter. On March 8th, with a heavy heart, I will say goodbye to Mimi—but this isn’t the end! I’m incredibly happy to share that I’ll be passing the torch to Maud, who will be the new owner. She’s the same age I was when I started, full of energy, and deeply passionate about coffee. I have no doubt she’ll continue Mimi’s story with just as much heart and dedication. 🌞
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be working alongside her to ensure Mimi remains the place you know and love.
Thank you for three (almost four) unforgettable years. Mimi has become more than I ever could have dreamed, and that’s all because of you. I am endlessly grateful.
