Summer isn’t quite ready to let go.
The last tomatoes and cucumbers are still coming in, and a few flowers are holding on in our garden.
But autumn has already found its way into the kitchen. Partridge, ceps, deeper flavours and warmer plates are slowly taking over.
For a little while, we get the best of both seasons.
