Baracca Italiana is een neighbourhoodrestaurant voor al wie een gezonde passie heeft voor lekker eten, goed gezelschap en een relaxte sfeer. Afgezien van het afhaalpunt voor take away pizza's kan je the Italian way of life best opsnuiven in de bar zelf. Op het menu prijken hoofdzakelijk ‘lekkere’, ‘krokante’ en ‘ovenverse’ pizza's, daarnaast pakt Baracca Italiana ook uit met aperitivo, tapas en dolce.

Fall-off-the-bone tender, sticky, smoky, sweet, salty & just the right amount of spice. Still one of the all time favourites at Baracca ❤️

Hamachi, lightly cured & torched to that perfect mi-cuit… melting over kochikari rice with shiitake 🍚
Swimming in a silky tom kha cream with lemongrass, lime & a spicy kick 🌶️✨
Fresh crunch from baby pak choi, pandan oil drizzle & crispy seaweed to finish 🌿

Fish: Bangkok Al Marew. Bold, fresh, a little wild 😏

And good news… we’re now open Monday lunch too 🥂

Meet Amber 🔥

With us since 2018… from student ➡️ intern ➡️ grown into a true cornerstone of our team.

Small in size, but don’t underestimate her 😏 Amber’s got attitude. A lot of it. She speaks her mind, and that’s exactly why we value her so much. No bu****it, just real talk.
She doesn’t just bring ideas, she brings good ideas 💡
 And yes… we actually listen. (most of the time 😜)

During meetings? Big chance Amber already has something tasty in hand 🍝🍕 Preferably… Baracca food of course. Loyal to the core ❤️

Cute? Yes. Spicy? Also yes. 🌶️ Unmissable? Since 2018 and counting 💥
