Take the train and get off in Leuven. Walk into the Maria Theresiastraat until you reach the Parkstraat. Turn left. You will find the ViaVia Café at your right. You can also use the bus. You take the 2 at platform 6 and get off the bus in the Naamsestraat at Stuk. The Parkstraat is just across the street. After a few minutes you'll find the ViaVia on the right. With bus 4, 5 and 6 (which you can find on platform 3) you get off at Leuven Brabançonnestraat. Via Via is just around the corner: you'll find it on the right.
