Last sips of our Negronis as Negroni Week comes to an end. And also the final sips of one of our beloved creation Kuzu: Filliers 8y genever, sheep sorrel, apple, caramel, verjus, saline cocktail.

It’s leaving the menu for now, but it will return with summer 2027.
