La tacchinella: oven-roasted potatoes, turkey cooking, smoked provola cheese, Parmesan cheese fondue.

La settembrina: bell pepper cream, chopped capers, mushrooms, Taggiasca olives, ricotta, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

La tartufata: provola cheese, sausage, truffle cream, Brussels mushrooms, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

La porchettona: bell pepper cream, yellow cherry tomatoes, oven-roasted pork, stracciatella, basil, and sun-dried peppers.
