Our A9+ Wagyu is served with a delicate yuzu and anchovy butter, bringing brightness, umami, and balance to every bite.

Some highlights from the past weeks and a few new additions to the menu.
We love our suppliers — our brewers, cheesemakers, butchers and fishmongers.
Without them, Nuetnigenough simply wouldn’t be what it is today.

As 2025 slowly comes to an end, we’re already dreaming of new dishes and a few beer gems, both on tap and in bottles, that we can’t wait to pour in 2026.
