Cadillac restaurant in Brussels in the early 1980s. A group of young Americans left Atlanta to begin their European adventure.

American restaurant and bar built in the early 1980's and staffed by an incredible group of American and Belgian servers, bartenders and managers. Always an awesome experience to the many customers over the years it operated. Closed in the late 1980s and this page is a tribute to the wonderful place and the folks who worked and visited there.

Deeply saddened to hear that our friend Leigh Smith Catherall, one of our original group and later one of Atlanta's most celebrated restaurateurs, recently passed away.

One night, on the way back from Knokke-Heist, the group, starving for a cheeseburger accidentally happened upon Montana Mike's Montana Fuel & Feed Co. in downtown Brussels. Became one of our fav hangouts!
