It’s sweet, salty, fresh, smoky and basically a full summer mood in one bowl 🔥

Meet the Summer Salad, fresh, bold, and only here for a short time!
A mix that shouldn’t work this well… but does!
Grilled eggplant, feta, crispy bacon, sweet apple, sun-dried tomatoes, rocket, herbes de Provence, and crunchy dried onions 🌿✨
