Our menu takes in consideration dietary requirements including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan recipes.

She is neither an old lady, nor a noblewoman with a proud look... Signora Ava is an era, a forgotten kitchen, cloaked into a contemporary Osteria that proposes natural, biodynamic, conventional wines to accompany healthy and seasonal products. Originally from Molise, we chose the name of a novel to our restaurant in order to follow the stages of old recipes of the Italian cuisine with creativity a

nd no additional frills. The chef (prefers to call himself "cook"), connoisseur of Italian gastronomic tradition, is continuously looking for forgotten recipes, readdressing them in a creative way to realize flat savory keeping their delicate tones, poor of fat, modern and gourmet. Signora Ava thinks that it is possible to make a good kitchen – not exclusively lasagne e cannelloni, truffle and Tuscany (even if we appreciate them so much) – by changing the menu every two weeks, with constant presence of some dishes that identify our roots: la scapece, la zuppa di pane cotto, la pizza e minestra, il brodetto di pesce dei trabocchi, i cavatelli. We were defined as "Occam's Razor": it is useless to do more of what it is strictly necessary...we like this principle a lot.

Om de feestdagen te vieren, past restaurant Signora Ava zijn openingsuren aan:
Uitzonderlijke openingsdagen :
Op 22, 23, 29 en 30 december heten we u van harte welkom in een feestelijke sfeer.
Sluitingsdagen :
Het restaurant zal gesloten zijn op 24 en 25 december, evenals van 31 december tot en met 4 januari.
We kijken ernaar uit u weer te ontvangen vanaf onze heropening op 7 januari, om samen een nieuw culinair jaar te beginnen.
Signora Ava wenst u prachtige feestdagen en een 2025 vol geluk, gezondheid en smaakvolle momenten!

Pour célébrer les fêtes de fin d’année, le restaurant Signora Ava adapte ses horaires :
Ouvertures exceptionnelles :
Les 22, 23, 29 et 30 décembre pour vous accueillir dans une ambiance festive.
Fermetures :
Le restaurant sera fermé les 24 et 25 décembre, ainsi que du 31 décembre au 4 janvier inclus.
Nous serons ravis de vous retrouver dès notre réouverture le 7 janvier pour commencer ensemble une nouvelle année gourmande.
