SPRITZ is the first 100% plant based Italian trattoria & bar in Antwerp. We serve delicious Italian food and drinks, this in a true southern Italian setting. Our mission is to give you an authentic Italian experience.

SPRITZ is chef Luna’s dream come true. She is a Belgian-Italian who has an immense passion for Italian food, this passion has been evolving since her childhood. Two years ago Luna decided to make the switch to a plant based lifestyle, it was then she started converting all of her family’s traditional dishes to plant based versions.

We offer you classic Italian dishes ranging from the north of italy to the south and also have an ever changing seasonal menu! We try to honour the Italian cuisine by keeping things simple so that every ingredient shines!
