Position: Customer Experience Specialist
Tokyo Kitchen is looking for a customer-focused and proactive individual to join our team. If you enjoy communicating with people, solving problems, and turning customer inquiries into sales, this could be the right opportunity for you.
๐น Key Responsibilities
โข Handle customer queries, comments, and messages across German Butcherโs social media platforms.
โข Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, offers, outlets, and services.
โข Follow up on inquiries and help convert potential leads into sales.
โข Take customer orders through social media and coordinate with the relevant shop/outlet for order processing.
โข Forward complaints and specific queries to the designated departments and ensure proper follow-up.
โข Communicate professionally with customers in both Bangla and English.
โข Upload social media content when required.
โข Monitor social media trends and share relevant insights and ideas with the marketing team.
โข Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, leads, orders, and complaints.
๐น Requirements
โข Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
โข Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
โข Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases.
โข Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and other social media platforms.
โข Basic understanding of social media trends and content.
โข Ability to handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.
โข Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
โข Experience in customer service, sales, social media, or a similar role will be an advantage.
