🪄🌟 It was that time of the century again. When the night lights up, and the witches of the sky reveal themselves!
I, as a witch of this realm, has always wondered, how many like us, are out there? When i look at the stars, i think, can i ever get a broom, magical enough, to take me to those bright sparkling lights on the sky, that the humans call...stars!
I decided to stay up late that night. I wanted to find out whether the legends of the sky witches are true. It has been passed down to generations of witches, that many scary but powerful witches with more magical powers live in other parts of the universe. They look after us, they protect us. They punish us if we do wrong things. And if we do good, they even send us gifts, to teach us about new things. Humans call it asteroids. But what it really is...is a gift from the sky!
So, i was wondering, what will the witches of the sky will bestow upon us this time! Or was it just a myth, a bedtime story to keep the baby witches off the broom at night!
Nothing was happening. It was almost dawn. But right when i decided to go back inside my shack, i suddenly saw some glimmering green lights on the sky! Then immediately the entire sky filled up with shooting stars! I couldn't take my eyes off them. I don't know how long i just stood there. It felt like an eternity. I was mesmerized by the sight of it!
The shooting stars started disappearing. But i saw something started falling from the sky in numbers. A small black rock? Large hail stones? The asteroids themselves?
I ran towards the area where a lot of them were falling. I picked them up. It looked very strange! It felt very strange too! It had a buttery chocolatey smell to it. It was soft to touch, but not too soft. It was also firm, but not too firm.
I suddenly realized, my hand started moving on its own, and my mouth was opening! Something was making me eat it involuntarily! I lost complete control over myself. Completely spelled!
I ate it!
A cake like no other. A small piece of magic!
The witches of the sky are real. And, they have given us a new gift...
