【Ｅａｓｙ　Ｅｇｇ　Ｋｏｒｍａ】🥚🥚🥚

Ｉｎｇｒｅｄｉｅｎｔｓ

Boiled Eggs - 4 (poke a few holes with fork)
Salt - 1/4 tspoon
Turmeric - 1 pinch
Combine these three things and fry the eggs in hot oil for 3 mins (set these aside)

Cashew nut - 5-6 whole
Raisins - 6-7 (without seeds)
Green chilis - 3 medium size
make a smooth paste of these three with a little bit water

In a pan ADD
Oil - 3 table spoon
Cardamom - 2 pcs
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Clove - 2 pcs
Bay leaf - 1 leaf
fry these for 30 seconds
Add
Onion paste - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tspoon
saute these until the spice pastes separate itself from the oil

Add Cashew paste
saute these until separate itself from the oil.
Add Full cream liquid milk - 1/2 Cup
Add the eggs
Simmer it in medium flame until the gravy thickens
add 4 green chilis (whole)
Ghee 1 tspoon
cover it for 2 mins in low flame
turn the gas off leave it goe another 10 mins with the lid ⏲⏲⏲

Serve it with BERESTA (fried onion) 😎😎😎

HONEY BBQ WINGS RICEBOWL
follow this easy recipe

𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨

Chicken wings 500 gram
Salt 1/2 t-spoon
Soya sauce 1 table spoon
Chili powder 1 t-spoon/ chili paste 1 t-spoon
mix herbs half t-spoon (optional)
- mix them well and set aside for half an hour

In another bowl
Flour 1/2 cup
Corn flour 3 table-spoon
Garlic 1 t-spoon
Ginger 1 t-spoon
Chili powder 1 t-spoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 t-spoon
Paprika powder 1 t-spoon
mix these well
coat each wings in this dry mixture, dust off the excess
Deep Fry 8-10 mins until golden brown medium low flame

𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘭𝘢𝘻𝘦
Butter 1 t-spoon
Minced garlic 1 t-spoon
Chili flakes half t-spoon
fry them for 2-3 mins
Add
Barbecue sauce 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 1 t-spoon
Honey 2 table-spoon
Chili sauce 1 table-spoon
Simmer for 5 mins
Low the flame
Add the fried wings and toss them in the sauce
Then done ❤

𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘦
I made garlic mushroom fried rice
Rice 1 cup (add it in the boiling water and cook 80% of the grain)
strain the rice
best if you can prepare the rice one night ago

take a frying pan
Butter 2 table spoon
Minced garlic 1 table spoon
Minced ginger 1 t-spoon
Fry them for 2 mins
Add
Mushroom chopped 3/4 cup
Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
or any other vegetable you like
Soya sauce 2 table spoon
Sauté these for 2-3 mins on high flame
Add the per boiled rice
Slitted green chilis 4 pcs
mix well
black pepper half t-spoon
Sugar 1 t-spoon
Salt to taste

টিপ-০১

আমাদের কম বেশি সবার বাসায় মাইক্রোওয়েভ ওভেন আছে... দীর্ঘদিন ব্যবহারের ফলে অবশ্যই এটা নোংরা হতে শুরু করে...ভেতরে খুব বাজে গন্ধ হয়ে থাকে । ঢাকনা ছাড়া খাবার গরম করতে দিলে বা অন্য কোনো ফাংশনে দিলে ওভেন দ্রুত নোংরা হয় এবং দুর্গন্ধ হয়। যা পরিষ্কার করা খুব কষ্ট আর সব ময়লা খাবারের ছিটা সহজে উঠতেও চায় না।

নিয়মিত ওভেনের ভিতর পরিষ্কার ও দুর্গন্ধ দূর করার খুব সহজ টেকনিক নিয়ে আপনাদের জানাবো।

একটা মাঝারি আকারের একটি বাটিতে পানি নিয়ে অর্ধেক লেবুর রস চিপে নিতে হবে সঙ্গে খোসাও দিয়ে দিতে হবে । এই মিশ্রণটিকে কোনো ঢাকনা ছাড়া মাইক্রোওয়েভে গরম করতে দিতে হবে পুরো ২ মিনিটের জন্য। দুই মিনিট হয়ে গেলে বাটিটি বের করে। ইলেক্ট্রিক লাইন খুলে ওভেনের ভেতরে একটি হালকা ভেজা কাপড় দিয়ে মুছে নিলেই দেখা যাবে খুব সহজেই ময়লা উঠে আসছে।
হয়ে গেল ওভেন ঝকঝকে পরিষ্কার ও দুর্গন্ধহীন। 😎😎

অবশ্যই ওভেন ব্যবহারের সময় পাত্রের উপর ঢাকনা ব্যবহার করতে হবে তাহলে দ্রুত ময়লা বা গন্ধ হবে না। কিছু গরম করার পর মাঝে মধ্যে ৫-১০ মিনিটের জন্য ওভেন ডোর খোলা রাখলেও গন্ধ কম হয়।
