Do not know where to start from this year!! End of the first quarter of this year covid- 19 is ruling our country. We did not see it coming. Today is Eid-ul -Fitor .the happiest day for Muslim ummah but everyone is struggling to fight corona. The happiest of day the year would be when we will hear that no one is affected by corona and no one died because of corona. The best thing of this year would be having all members of family alive end of the pandemic. Being alive would be the best bonus you will ever have!! So we celebrate this eid with caution. We pray to Allah to vanish this deadly virus so that we may return to normal life very soon.

Many years ago, before there were humans upon this earth, the animals roamed free. The birds, being the only animals able to fly, roamed freely over the skies. One day, the birds decided they needed a leader; after much argument, they decided they would choose a leader according to who could fly the highest. All at once the birds leapt into the sky. Slowing first was the chickadee; his wings were far too small to carry him very high. Next the robin fell back, leaving only the blue jay, eagle, hawk, owl, and vulture still rising. Slowly they all dropped down until only the eagle and the owl were left. Both were growing extremely tired as they soared higher to the cheers of the other birds. One moment before they were both about to give up, the birds left on the ground saw a tiny speck rise from the back of the eagle just as he began to lose altitude. The birds cheered madly as they realized the speck was the sparrow, rising high above, thanks to the lift from the eagle. Immediately, the birds chose the eagle as their leader because he had borne the weight of another bird when he, alone, could have easily overtaken the owl. Despite the physical burden of helping another achieve his best, he chose selflessly to help the sparrow and sacrifice his chance of winning the competition. To this day, the eagle remains a sign of inspiration and motivation.

Every investor whether big or small keeps dreaming and hoping for success once the business is set up. But many obstacles can be seen while running the business. Encountering obstacle is one thing we all have in common. Some people allow obstacles to derail them, others have learned to jump the hurdles while running. Obstacles don't grow automatically and they can be avoided if we, simply, do few things right at the first time. First of all, we need to know where the hell obstacles come from. The answer is simple, obstacles are the results of unmanaged emotions and habitual mistakes we make with other people. Secondly, Don't make your business place an entertaining or gossiping place for your friends. Thirdly, Don't pick a guy for work based on your friendship or personal relation rather hire someone who can execute your work in a proper way. Another important thing is that be willing to abandon what does not work, this is very simple but often neglected by many. Plan and budget never match with actual results so if you find any major change in real life trading then replace old strategies with new strategies. Another crucial thing is that don't distance yourself from the sales cause everyone knows that sales can make or break the business. Finally, stick to the knitting which means simplify and stay focused on what you know, and what you do best.
