Super happy about the news that Italian Cuisine has been added to the Unesco Intangible Cultural Heritage list!

As someone who shares daily our food tradition so far away from home, makes me extra proud!

Italian food isn't just food, it's memories, passion and a little taste of home.
Being able to represent it every day, even from the other side of the world, means a lot to me!
