For us, it begins with a warm loaf of sourdough, shared around the table before the first course arrives. Since the day Lima Bistro opened its doors, that bread has come from the talented hands at T2Pan Sourdough Boutique.

Over the years, we’ve watched their passion, dedication, and craftsmanship shine through in every loaf. Today, that same commitment has earned them two Caribbean Baking Awards, and we couldn’t be happier for them. 🏆
