Friday night at Ambrym Estate was all about Julia & Max 🤍

We kicked off cocktail hour with delicious canapés, followed by the main course and a dessert bar to finish. Such a lovely night for the Creative Cater crew to be part of!

🩷 BRAYDEN + EMILY 🩷

Cool as cucumbers and ready for a good party.
Their brief was simple: keep it relaxed, keep it festive, and make sure everyone was well fed.

The rain made for a slightly soggy day, but it didn’t dampen anyone’s vibe. We kicked off cocktail hour with a classic graze, followed by a seafood bar featuring fresh, local banana prawns and oysters. Brayden was especially keen on this one!

Then came the festival food: katsu chicken curry, Philly cheesesteaks, pork belly tacos, margarita empanadas and Italian meatballs. Grab what you fancy, then get straight back to the party.

For dessert, they skipped the traditional cake and told Mikaly, “We trust you. Do what you do best.” She created the most gorgeous Madeleine tower. Just look at that beauty! 🤍

And can we give it up for Nala…..The most beautiful husky and a very important member of the bridal party 🐾

So… September happened! 😅

Blur much?! Last week had us absolutely run off our feet, kicking off spring with four beautiful weddings!

One of them was for this bright and bubbly couple, Charlee & Riley, celebrating their day at The Orchard Yeppoon

Their guests kicked things off with our roaming canapés before settling in for one of our Family Feasting spreads, with plenty of dessert goodness to finish the night.

Beautiful people, beautiful venue and a pretty delicious way to welcome spring.
