**Junior Weekend All-Rounder Position Available**

We are hiring a Junior Weekend All-Rounder to join our team.

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is welcome, but it's not essential. We encourage enthusiastic applicants with a positive attitude to apply, as full training will be provided for the right person.

**Please note:**

* Shifts are generally longer than 6 hours.
* Applicants must be reliable and available for long-term employment.
* You should be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Our Teahouse is located in Yallingup, so reliable transport is essential.

Need some extra money in your pocket?
Cape Lavender is looking for a friendly and reliable All-Rounder / Barista to join our team for 2–3 shifts per week.

About the Role
We are seeking someone with previous coffee-making experience and a solid understanding of coffee preparation. Your duties will include:
* Making coffee and other beverages
* Preparing food in the kitchen
* Serving and assisting customers
* Dishwashing and general cleaning
* Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous barista experience and coffee knowledge
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to the role for a minimum of 6 months

Junior Weekend All-Rounder Position Available
We are also hiring a Junior All-Rounder for weekend shifts.
We welcome applicants with previous hospitality or customer service experience; however, enthusiastic candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided for the right person.
