We are stoked to announce that New Wave Gathering is taking over Chow’s Table for Pair’d Margaret River Region 2026! 🥢🔥

We’re throwing open the doors for a massive night of great w**e, live music, and heavy-hitting Chinese-Malaysian flavours. I’ll be serving up a festival-style menu inspired by my heritage, packed with the kind of bold, punchy dishes made to be eaten with a glass of w**e or Gage Roads Brew Co b**r in hand! To top things off live music will be headlined by indie-electronic favourites BOO SEEKA

If you want to take this night to the next level, trust me and upgrade to the full Chow’s Table ticket. It gets you unlimited festival dishes from our “Greatest Hits” menu all night long.
