🥘 CURRY NIGHT @ THE VAULT 🥘

Our monthly Curry Night is here! 🌶️

From next Wednesday, 30 September, we’re swapping our regular dinner menu for a night dedicated to curry — with different types of curry from around the world each month. 🌏

🇮🇳 First up: Indian Curry Night!

Expect rich, fragrant curries inspired by the diverse flavours of India, with housemade fresh paneer, our own Vault spice blends, and freshly baked roti. 🥘🔥

📅 Every last Wednesday of the month
🍛 First night: Wednesday 30 September
📍 The Vault, Wynyard
⏰ Dinner hours: 5–8:30pm
🍽️ À la carte or set menu

Bookings are strongly recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome if we have space.

This Spring, Chef Narendra invites you into a world of botanicals at The Vault.

Blossoms transformed through fermentation, pickling, vinegars, sauces, marinades and more. A four-course dining experience inspired by North West Tasmania’s spring blooms, native botanicals, land, ocean and pasture.

Thursday 8 October, 6pm

🌷 $110 per person
🌺 $130 with Tasmanian w**e pairing

This month, we’re proud to feature the work of Rod Cooper, a local resident and familiar face here at The Vault.

After putting down his paintbrush for almost 40 years, Rod picked it up again in 2026 as he eases into retirement — and we’re so glad he did.

Meaghan’s mum, Karen, is currently in hospital in a coma, and her family is navigating an incredibly challenging period while hoping for her recovery.
