A book store+coffee shop
Biggest Little Bookshop in Brisbane. Located in Wynnum. Selling Montville c Little Gnome is Wynnum's biggest attraction!
(337)

Ok, so we're not an attraction, rather we are a small book shop that sells amazing Montville coffee, biscuits, fancy flavoured milkshakes, hot chocolates & the best chai "outside of India". But, we don't just do amazing coffee and Nutella flavoured milkshakes, Little Gnome stocks a great selection of books and games. We run workshops in self publishing, social media classes, meet the author nights & so much more. (Canceled due to Covid)

Little Gnome runs a monthly bookclub, a garden guru club, a craft group, Dungeons & Dragons and more! ALL BIG TABLE BOOKINGS ARE CLOSED UNTIL COVID RESTRICTIONS EASE. Book the big table for your next meeting, or group gathering. Drop by with friends, or come along by your self and meet new ones. Little Gnome's Humans, Bel & Jack, are always eager to chat, discuss the world, the books, the authors, or just have a laugh. On the big table you will find scrabble, chess, Connect Four, Uno, The Art Of Conversation Cards and plenty of colouring books to colour in (not just for kids to enjoy, but for all Humans to enjoy)

See you Humans at Little Gnome sometime soon. Little Gnome

Friday rant. Big publishing houses absolutely hate small bookshops!
We house their authors, we promote their business as a publisher and yet, here we are, unable to get copies of new releases unless we order a ridiculous amount of books, of which we will never be able to sell. Penguin Random House, I’m looking at you!!

I have managed to find some copies and two will be arriving tomorrow for some orders that have been put in by our wonderful, supportive community. To everyone else, I will have some copies next week. If you would like to support us, please message me with your full name and mobile and I’ll add you to the list.

Folks, we have the amazing Katrina Logan and Georgina Robertson launching their new book, The Pesky Prisoners of St Helena!
You all know Katrina because of her ever so popular book, Down By The Bay! Local legend in da house!!
Joining us tonight will be Sophie Wright (our very own Gnomie), Caroline Jones and Siobhan Wilson from Our Pixie Friends.

It’s our last Indie Author event of the year, so your support is greatly appreciated!!

From 6pm till around 7.30-8pm

If it’s raining, it will have to be canceled, as the event is held outside. I’ll make a post around 4.30pm to say yay or nay.

Stay awesome. Stay kind.
