It is with a huge amount of sadness that we have to advise all of our customers that Coppy’s BBQ Shack will no longer be operating...
We honestly gave it our best shot but unfortunately due to us being unable to secure the funding for a start up business, we have no option but to close down.
We want to personally thank Darryl from TyreMag Ridgehaven for giving us the chance to park our food van on his premises week after week. If it wasn’t for him, we never would’ve even been given a start.
We want to thank Sean from Golden Grove Butchers who spent hours perfecting the right cuts and top grades of meat that we could smoke each week.
Most importantly, we want to thank all our friends, family, supporters and customers who stood behind us and gave Coppy’s a go. We are so sad that unfortunately we were just unable to take it to the next step.
Thanks again and we hope that someone else will be able to bring smoked meats to the amazing people of the North East ✌️
