Lara is a skim cap or cold brew kind of girl depending on the day, and if you're ever wondering what to order from the food menu — ask her, because she'll tell you the choc banana bread every single time. When she's not at Oak Flats you'll find her at the beach — training, swimming or relaxing. For a local feed she's heading to North Break Cafe in Woonona, and if her Spotify is anything to go by, The Art My Mother Likes by The Rions is getting a solid run. Absolute vibe.
