Shellharbour, we have a bittersweet but exciting moment to share!
After so much laughter, support, and countless cups of coffee and acai bowls, we’ve made the heartfelt decision to pass this epic space on to new hands.
Tomorrow, Monday the 25th, will be our last day of trade at Culture Cafe Shellharbour. To all our Shelly regulars, stop in for one last coffee with us, it’s on the house!
This wasn’t an easy decision, but it comes from the heart (literally) For those who may not know over the past year, I’ve faced some health challenges which have turned into a much longer battle then anticipated and it became clear I needed to focus on my well-being and give all of my energy to getting through this current season I’m in. After ongoing discussions going back to mid last year with my team and family, I realised I had still too much on my plate and parting with CC Shelly is the right decision.
With no previous hospo experience, just a PT opening a cafe wanting to sell smoothies and protein oats with no clue how to actually run a cafe it was a wild ride figuring it all out but I sit here writing this with a smile on my face and some lifelong memories made. Thankyou to every single person who has visited us over the years, my CC team, family and friends you all and this possible I appreciate each and everyone of you!
We are handing the space to some truly amazing people who have a full rebrand incoming. Stay tuned for their announcement tomorrow night!
As for us, we’re still brewing at our Corrimal location, so this isn’t goodbye just a shift in our journey. We’ll see you in Corrimal 🧡
