This Father's Day, we're doing what we do best on Keira Street: fullblood wagyu from David Blackmore, Hereford from Cape Grim and Coppertree Farms, all dry aged in house and cooked over iron bark in our woodfire oven. Add a French salad, frites in wagyu fat and something considered from the cellar, and the evening takes care of itself.
