Clare Doolan started Cakes by Clare in 2009 on Facebook after dabbling in cake decorating while raising her young daughters, Eva and Chloe."I have always had an interest in cakes and cake art"
Clare undertook training in Sydney with Atlantis cake artist Karen Portaleo and in Melbourne with Brazilian born cake goddess, Verusca Walker, both of international fame. Not long after Clare started her bus

iness, she quickly out grew her home kitchen and moved the business to a commercial premises and underwent a name change from "Cakes by Clare" to "Miss Naked Cakes" and opened a new cake & coffee shop in April 2016, offering cupcakes and sweet treats - including an allergy friendly/health conscience range of gluten free, dairy free, egg free and vegan friendly. We also offer ready made cakes, cupcakes, macarons, loaded cookies, coffee and more.

A perfectly spiced pear, walnut and cinnamon cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting, cinnamon sugar and a walnut piece.
Not overly sweet, just perfectly balanced and packed with flavour.

Celebrated my Nonna’s 80th last night surrounded by family, great food and lots of laughs!💖🎉

I had the honour of making her a beautiful cake - a fruity and floral long rustic cake with three different flavours inside🥰

Times like these are one of the reasons I got into decorating cakes. I absolutely love being able to create something that is part of special moments like this🥹
There are many amazing memories that are created through cakes and there is just something so incredibly special about singing happy birthday, blowing out candles and enjoying delicious cake surrounded by loved ones🎂

Today is the day! We are officially open 9am-12pm on Saturdays🎉

Pop in for some sweet treats or pick up your pre orders🍪🧁

As we ease into Saturday trading, we are keeping things simple:
• No hot or cold drinks
• No custom cake orders taken instore on Saturdays (please email us with your enquiry!)
