We’ve updated our trading hours, giving you another evening to join us for dinner at Zazu.

Monday – 5pm to 9pm
Sunday – 12pm to 8pm

It’s Chef Appreciation Week, and we want to give a very heartfelt thank you to the people who put so much of themselves into Zazu every single day.

Gladys, Sean, Max, Charlene, Jesse and Justin work incredibly hard behind the scenes. The early starts, the late finishes, the busy services and constant pressure are all part of what they take on to make sure every dish that leaves the kitchen is something they’re proud to serve.

So much of what they do happens behind the scenes and they don’t always get the recognition they deserve. But you can see their care, effort and dedication in every meal they create and in every guest who leaves Zazu happy and satisfied.

To our chefs, thank you for the long hours, your passion and the patience and the pride you put into your work. We see how much you give and we’re genuinely so grateful to have each of you as part of the Zazu family. ❤️
