**Location:** Rodeo Mexican Restaurant
**Food Preparation: Assisting with daily prep, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and assembling our signature salsas and ingredients.
Cooking & Service: Preparing and plating delicious Mexican dishes efficiently during busy dinner rushes, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic workspace. This includes dishwashing, cleaning kitchen stations, and properly storing inventory.
Food Safety: Adhering to strict food hygiene regulations, temperature controls, and stock rotation (FIFO) practices.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth, fast, and efficient service.
