Would you like to master the art of nigiri?
Now's your opportunity.

Chef Nobuyuki Ura will be hosting a Sushi Masterclass on Tuesday, April 21 for 10 people.

The masterclass teaches you to make sushi rice, nigiri, maki and our famous sashimi salad.

Tickets are $140pp and include a drink on arrival. You'll then sit together afterwards and enjoy your creations together.

This sake is made from Hokkaido Kita Shizuku rice using the brewery's version of a kimoto starter to encourage natural lactic acid bacteria.

Held in low temp refrigerated storage after bottling, to develop a deeper, well rounded palate and acidity.

Notes of grilled peach. osmanthus, chestnuts, persimmon and hints of coffee. Complex and delicious!
