We love a good bowl of pasta, and we certainly don't hold back on the cheese.

Our Red W**e Braised Beef Cheek Ragu Pappardelle is slow-cooked until the beef melts into the sauce, tossed through silky ribbons of pasta, and finished with a very generous grating of parmesan right at the pass.

It's everything unhurried dining should be: hearty, comforting, and made to be savoured.

Some nights, the hardest decision is where to start, so we've made it easier: here's the whole share menu in one shot. Blue Swimmer Crab and Prawn Arancini, Wagyu 'Rostbif' Meatball Skewers, Tandoori Chicken and Chorizo Skewers, Maranoa Lamb Ribs, Greek Style Saganaki and the Artisan Sourdough Bread Board, all on the table together, all worth fighting over.

Our advice? Bring a few people and order more than you think you need. Starters are made for sharing, and this table proves it.

There's a moment early in a good night out, somewhere between the first drink arriving and the first plate landing, when the whole evening opens up in front of you. That's where our new Tandoori Chicken and Chorizo Skewers come in. Marinated, chargrilled, and finished with a cooling lime crème fraîche, they're built for exactly that stretch of the night: the one where you lean in, share a bite, and decide the evening's off to a good start.

Gluten free, lactose free, and smoky enough that one plate rarely lasts long enough to photograph.

Head Chef Cass Ford’s rule on the pass: a great cut of beef doesn’t need a complicated story, it just needs respect on the grill and time to rest.

Our Angus Scotch Fillet gets high heat for the char, then rests until the marbling renders completely throughout. By the time it lands on your table, all the work is already done.

Five o'clock at the bar. The light turns gold, the shaker comes out, and Drinks on Dusk gets underway.

The Anna Pavlova suits the hour: Giselle Pavlova gin softened with lemon and passionfruit, a whisper of aquafaba for a delicate, cloud-like top, and a dash of bitters so it never tips too sweet.

Order it alongside the Maranoa 3-Pin Lamb Rack if you are staying for dinner, or just let it be the reason you pull up a stool on your way home. Either way, it is a good excuse to sit a while.

The A series brings out the open wheelers and sports cars, and the format's a little different to what most people expect: it's your best session across the whole weekend that counts, not just your fastest lap.
