The Crazy Cow team got together together today for the first time since March to say goodbye. To all the little kids, big kids, parents, grandparents, carers and everyone who loved to come for a cuppa, play, something to eat, or just a chat - we say thank you, we loved being there for you - serving you, hosting parties and hopefully supporting and encouraging a few of you. Remember, when life gets crazy, we all need HOPE. From all of us to all of you, we wish life's richest blessings! We take this opportunity to say thank you and goodbye to our families, customers, volunteers, supporters, sponsors and the Crazy Cow Team.
We are excited about The Cassidy Crew taking over The Crazy Cow Activity Centre, but it is also with sadness that we let go and say goodbye.
We’d like to express our enormous gratitude to our customers; the families and carers, and the children, with whom we’ve had the pleasure to serve over the past couple of years. We have loved the opportunity to play a small part in your family life and wish you all the best.
The Crazy Cow Activity Centre was established and operated by The Warragul Hub Inc. (a not-for-profit organisation made up of Christians from a range of local churches) to provide a safe place for children and families to play and to offer a range of services to help support families for when life gets crazy. Many, many volunteers and supporters have contributed time and resources to bring The Crazy Cow to life and their passion has helped to create a wonderful asset for the community.
It’s been a crazy journey and if you would like to watch our journey, it shows you how amazing our community really is. What a massive effort to bring this place together. Thank you to everyone who played their part. Please watch: https://vimeo.com/426125202

Announcing the sale of The Crazy Cow Activity Centre to The Cassidy Crew.

We’d like to announce that The Crazy Cow Activity Centre has been purchased by local Warragul business, The Cassidy Crew. The transfer will take effect on Friday 26 June 2020.
It marks the close of the Crazy Cow Activity Centre as a dedicated café and public playcentre, but under the The Cassidy Crew, it begins a new and exciting life. Cassidy Crew is a registered NDIS provider who offer meaningful, practical and personal support to people with a disability in Gippsland. The facilities of The Crazy Cow will be used for a range of purposes and will offer great new opportunities for their clients. Check out The Cassidy Crew page or website.
For us, the sale is bitter-sweet. We are thrilled that The Cassidy Crew will usher in the new era for The Crazy Cow. But it is also with sadness that we let go and say goodbye. The Crazy Cow Activity Centre was established and operated by The Warragul Hub Inc. It is with great appreciation and love that we remember Bruce Barry who sadly passed away yesterday, Tuesday 5th May, 2020. The Crazy Cow Team passes our deepest sympathy and love to Evelyn and Bruce's family and loved ones. Bruce was a great supporter of The Warragul Hub - The Crazy Cow Activity Centre from well before we opened our doors. He spent so many hours painting to help us open; every freshly painted wall and our beautiful toilet doors are a memory of Bruce's faithful service. His artistic skills will always be remembered in his 'possum' mural displayed in our playcentre. Bruce, your servant heart and trust in Jesus through the hard times is an encouragement and inspiration to all of us.
