Another busy Mother's Day weekend complete ✔️ 💕

We had a full house of High Teas on Saturday and a stack of Mother's Day treat boxes heading out for lunch today.

Thank you to everyone who supported us again this year. It is always one of the busiest weeks of the year for us so we apologise for everyone we couldn't fit in. Please give us another try over the coming weeks! We look forward to hosting a special occasion for every single one of you.

✨We’re Hiring – High Tea & Catering Assistant✨

At Apple Spice, we specialise in beautifully presented High Teas, catering, and curated food experiences. As we move into our next stage of growth, we’re looking for someone reliable, capable, and passionate about quality food to join our team.

This is a hands-on position across both kitchen and service, supporting our catering operations and High Tea functions.

Starting Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
8:00am – 12:00pm (12 hours per week)
With potential for more hours in busy times.

Key Responsibilities:
– Preparing and cooking for catering orders
– Assisting with baking and food preparation
– Setting up and serving High Teas and small functions
– Packing and delivering orders
– Maintaining a clean, organised workspace

What We’re Looking For:
– A genuine passion for baking and quality food
– Strong attention to detail and presentation
– Ability to work independently and take initiative
– Calm and efficient under time pressure
– Current driver’s licence (required for deliveries)
– Previous kitchen or café experience preferred

About You:
You take pride in your work, move with care and consistency, and understand that the small details are what elevate an experience. You’re comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a small, supportive team.

The treat box includes: Egg & Bacon Quiches, Curried Egg Sandwiches, Cucumber & Cream Cheese Sandwiches, Homemade Scones with Jam & Cream, Mini Lemon Meringue Pies, Mini Chocolate Mousse, Mother’s Day sugar cookies.

$85 (suitable for 2 people)
$15 local delivery (Warragul/Drouin)

Pick ups available between 10am-12pm on Sunday 10th May.
Deliveries will be dropped between 9am – 12pm.
